The Cottages

The three cottages are located in the quiet village of Kilcummin. The houses are identical. They are bungalows and fully equipped. Parking space is next to your cottage. At the front, the bungalows look out on the meadow. Sometimes you may spot horses there. If the clouds are not too low, you have a lovely view of the mountains. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are three double bedrooms.

Two bedrooms have two single beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a large bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. So don't forget to bring bubble bath so you can take a nice bath after a long walk.

The bed linen in the cottages is included.  We've already made the beds while awaiting you arrival.

 After all, you are on holiday!

Living room and kitchen

The cosy living room has comfortable sofas and a television including chromecast. The fireplace (special logs for this are in the living room) provides extra warmth and cosiness.

The living room is open-plan, and the dining table and chairs are situated within the kitchen area. Coffee and tea making facilities are here, as well as cooking utensils, tea towels and everything else you need. If you want to fill the fridge, Lidl is a 5-minute drive away , with the Tesco Superstore not far from there. Cook delicious Irish beef or lamb in the oven or on the cooker or enjoy eating out to sample delicious local pub meals.

Utility room and garden

For your convenience, there is a large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a work top. Here you will find, among other things, the bath towels. 

On sunny days, open the sliding door and bring out the garden furniture stored in the shed. Enjoy the peace and quiet or read a nice book on your own private terrace. For a walk in the garden you'll find our vegetable and herb garden behind the terrace. We work there regularly. The orchard is located next to the cottages.
